This website and store are operated by NEORISE GLOBAL TRADE LIMITED (“we”, “us” or “our”), an independent reseller of Dr.pen products. We are not the manufacturer and this store is not the official Dr.pen brand website. These Terms govern your use of the site and purchases from us.
Eligibility and acceptance
You must be at least the age of majority where you live and legally capable of entering into a contract. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy.
Product information and responsible use
We aim to present accurate descriptions, images, compatibility information and prices. Colors and packaging may vary, and minor errors may be corrected. Microneedling devices and cartridges must be used only as directed, with compatible products and appropriate hygiene practices. Products and site content are provided for cosmetic and general informational purposes and are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Seek qualified professional advice where appropriate and do not use a product if contraindicated for you.
Orders and contract formation
Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline or cancel an order for reasons including stock availability, suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, delivery restrictions, or legal requirements. A binding sales contract is formed when we confirm acceptance or dispatch the order. We may limit quantities and will refund amounts paid for an order we cancel.
Prices, payment, taxes and duties
Prices and available currencies are shown at checkout. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the total displayed. Applicable sales tax and shipping charges are shown where required. For international orders, import duties, taxes, brokerage and customs charges are the customer’s responsibility unless checkout expressly states that they are included.
Shipping, returns and cancellations
Orders are fulfilled from California, United States. Processing, estimated delivery, tracking, risk of delay and international availability are described in our Shipping Policy. Return eligibility, the 30-day return window, sterile-cartridge restrictions, cancellation requests within 12 hours, refunds and the 12-month device warranty are described in our Return and Refund Policy. Those policies form part of these Terms.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, site design, original copy and other store content belong to us or are used under authorization or applicable license. Brand names, product names, trademarks and third-party media remain the property of their respective owners. No content may be copied, republished or commercially exploited without the applicable rights holder’s permission.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, interfere with security or operation, scrape or exploit content unlawfully, impersonate another person, or use the site or products for illegal purposes.
Third-party services
The store is hosted by Shopify and may use payment, analytics, advertising, fraud-prevention, fulfillment and delivery providers. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy notices. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience and do not make us responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted access or results from product use. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for losses caused by misuse, failure to follow instructions, unauthorized modification, third-party services, customs delay or events beyond reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the site, breach of these Terms, infringement of another person’s rights, or misuse of products.
Changes, severability and governing law
We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised version and effective date. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence.
