Return and Refund Policy

This policy applies to purchases made from this store, operated by NEORISE GLOBAL TRADE LIMITED, an independent reseller of Dr.pen products.

30-day return window

You may request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and include all accessories, manuals and proof of purchase. Please email service@drspen.com before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Sterile cartridges

For hygiene and safety reasons, sterile microneedling cartridges with an opened, damaged or removed seal cannot be returned for change-of-mind reasons. This restriction does not affect your rights if a cartridge is defective, damaged on arrival, or not the item ordered.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery and contact us if an item is damaged, defective or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photos or video where reasonably requested so we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy.

Return shipping

For approved change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping and for using a trackable service. If the return is due to our error or an eligible defect, we will provide or reimburse reasonable return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or the return results from our error.

Refunds

We will inspect returned items and notify you of the decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after approval. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the credit. Where only part of an order qualifies, we may issue a partial refund.

Order cancellation

You may request cancellation within 12 hours after placing an order by emailing service@drspen.com. Cancellation is not guaranteed once processing or shipment has begun. If an order has already shipped, the return terms above apply.

Device warranty

Eligible microneedling devices include a 12-month limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the delivery date. The warranty does not cover misuse, accidents, unauthorized repair or modification, normal wear, cosmetic damage, consumable cartridges, or damage caused by use contrary to the instructions. Proof of purchase may be required. Remedies may include repair, replacement or refund as required by applicable law.
